Parkinsons’s UK – Bexhill Hastings and Rother branch invite you to join in this taster workshop – dates to be announced

An introduction to the benefits of singing and dance for people with Parkinson’s, their partners, carers & friends

the men parkyholy-trinity-women

Singing and dance/movement are widely recognised as being particularly beneficial for PWP. There is plenty of evidence to show that people not only feel better, but experience improved bodily functions from taking part in one or both of these activities.

This introductory session is led by experienced voice and dance therapy practitioners, Jane Metcalfe and Clare Whistler, who will gently introduce you to these activities in a relaxed and enjoyable manner.

No experience necessary and no pressure to join in all of the activities!

Refreshments provided

Cost: £3 to branch members, £5 to non-members

Our Next Concert

                    WE WILL RETURN!

Singing is a great “healer” which not only brings joy to the singer but to those who listen. We, the ParkinSongsters, love performing for you, the listeners. It is like the giving and receiving of a gift.

We can’t wait to to be back and  look forward to sharing our songs with you again soon.

Stay well.

With love from The ParkinSongsters
